I wanted to take a moment to ask you about your tart apple buying habits. Please check one of the options below.
I am going to work on a guide for tart apples, watch for that in the coming weeks.
Let me share with you what apple variety I got at the farmerās market this morning.
These are one of my early season favorites - the Gravenstein apple. When they are at peak they are one of the best tasting apples, but it can be a challenge to find good ones. Check out my blog post on Gravenstein apples to learn more.

Review early season varieties. Look over any of these early season varieties that you could come across so you know whether you may want to buy them or not - Lodi, Transparent, Pristine, Vista Bella, Prima.
