Where to Buy Wild Twist Apples
In this newsletter, I help you find the current hottest apple on the blog, the Wild Twist apple!
If you were looking at a list of my top blog posts right now, there is an apple variety among them - the Wild Twist Apple.
This means that people are definitely finding them in stores and are wanting to learn more about the variety - you can do so yourself by clicking/tapping here.
Have you found these apples this year? Let me give you a run down of the stores to look for them in:
Giant Eagle
Costco
Kroger owned stores (look for the Private Selection bags)
Safeway
Lancaster Central Market
Stauffers of Kissel Hill
Giant
Meck's Produce
As for the flavor, I found some really good ones and some that were ok. They are grown in different parts of the country, both on the East Coast and West Coast. I think I prefer the ones I have had that were grown on the East Coast.
Leave a comment if you have tried this apple before or need help tracking it down.
I have stocked up when Smith’s (Kroger) had Wild Twist apples on sale, so I wasn’t in the market for any apples this week, so I didn’t look for apples at any grocery stores this week.
I did eat my last Lady Alice apple that I got at ALDI this week. And I will be shopping at the end of this week or early next week for more apples.
Four new apple store guides are now available. I got requests for Meijer, Market Basket, Hy-Vee, and Cub Foods
You can now find:
Costco
Walmart
Trader Joe’s
Sprouts
Kroger
ALDI
Real Canadian Superstore
Publix
Meijer 🆕
Market Basket 🆕
Hy-Vee 🆕
Cub Foods 🆕
What grocery store would you like me to do next? Put your request in here.
The apple store guides are for my paid subscribers only. This helps support my work of bringing you great apple content! (I hope you think it’s great!).
You can sign up for a 7-day free trial so you check them out and then decide if you want to continue to support this project.
Make sure you take a moment to look over the whole What Apple to Eat Today page so that you can see all that is offered on it. There are some links to learn more about apples on the blog.
