The Children of the Honeycrisp
In this newsletter, talk about the different apples that have come on the market in recent years that are Honeycrisp crosses.
There have been a lot of apples that have been crossed with a Honeycrisp to create a new variety.
Many of the apples I have been buying lately - Sugar Bee, Wild Twist, and Cosmic Crisp all have Honeycrisp DNA.
I recently recorded an episode for my podcast, Eat Shop Waste Not, where I go through all these different varieties. If you got yourself about 11 mins or so to listen to this episode, I would love for you to do so and let’s make it my most listened to episode of all time!!!!
Listen right now to this episode of my podcast - The Children of Honeycrisp
If you want, you can also find it on Spotify, Apple Podcast, and Amazon Music as well. If you have an Alexa device ask Alexa to “Play Episode 225 of the Eat Shop Waste Not Podcast”.
