Sweet or Tart Apples?

One of the first thing we want to know about an apple is whether it’s sweet, tart, or if it falls somewhere in between. But is this a matter of taste and preference to some degree? I want to test that.

The color of the skin of the apple doesn’t effect whether an apple is sweet or tart. We may think a green apple is always tart because Granny Smith are and things that are green apple flavor are normally tart.
