Easy Apple Cobbler Recipe
In this newsletter, I am going to share with you a super easy apple recipe that you can make all season long.
In our recent fall apple survey one thing that was requested was more apple recipes that were easy. Well this one is super simple.
This is a single serving apple cobbler that uses just 1 apple plus brown sugar, flour, and butter. That’s it unless you want add in some spices like cinnamon as well.
I cook mine in my air fryer. I have a 4-inch cake pan that fits perfectly inside and is the perfect side for a single serving cobbler. I have 2 of these pans and a two drawer air fryer so I can make one in each side.
What I love is being able to try out different varieties of apples, see how they do in baking, so I can report it back to you. This time I used the Gravenstein apple that I was just talking about in a previous newsletter.
If you want to do in the oven instead you can put those small cake pans on a sheet pan for easy in and out and bake for probably around 15 to 20 mintues. You just need the topping to brown.
